The programs, in detail

Four programs of 8 to 12 weeks, covering everything after “I know how to coach”.

Program 01 · Say what you do

Niche & offer

Vague positioning is the most common reason new coaches stay empty. We narrow to a group you can actually reach, describe the problem in their words rather than coaching language, and test the offer in real conversations before you build a website around it.

  • 8 weeks
  • New coaches
  • 5 hours a week
  • Willingness to narrow

Weeks 1–2 · Who

The group you understand best and can reach this month.

Weeks 3–4 · Their words

The problem described the way they'd describe it.

Weeks 5–6 · The offer

One package, one price, one outcome.

Weeks 7–8 · Testing

Ten conversations that tell you if it lands.

Weeks 1–3 · Your circle

Everyone who already knows what you do, contacted properly.

Weeks 4–6 · Communities

Being useful somewhere specific, consistently.

Weeks 7–9 · The call

Discovery calls that qualify and end with a clear ask.

Weeks 10–12 · Referrals

Turning early clients into the next five.

Program 02 · Without an audience

First ten clients

Early clients come from people who already know you and from small, specific communities — not from posting into the void. We build the list, write messages that aren't sales-y, and practice the discovery call until you can name your price without your voice changing.

Program 03 · Clients who renew

Sessions that deliver

Clients renew when something changes in their life, not when sessions feel pleasant. We build an engagement structure with a clear arc, session formats that end in commitments, and — importantly — the judgment to recognize when a client needs a therapist or another professional instead.

  • 8 weeks
  • Have clients
  • 4 hours a week
  • At least one client

Weeks 1–2 · The arc

What a 12-week engagement looks like from both sides.

Weeks 3–4 · The session

An opening, a middle and commitments at the end.

Weeks 5–6 · Between sessions

Accountability that helps rather than nags.

Weeks 7–8 · Boundaries

Scope, referrals, and ending an engagement well.

Weeks 1–2 · Pricing

Capacity, rates and what you actually need to earn.

Weeks 3–4 · Systems

Booking, payment and notes that take minutes, not hours.

Weeks 5–6 · The paperwork

What goes in an agreement, and what to ask a lawyer.

Weeks 7–8 · Your week

Client hours, admin hours, and protecting the difference.

Program 04 · The unglamorous half

Running the practice

Most new coaches underprice and over-admin. We set prices from your real capacity, put simple systems in place for booking and invoicing, and cover what belongs in a client agreement. For the agreement itself and anything tax-related, you'll want a lawyer and an accountant — we'll tell you what to ask them.
